Nausheen Farishta is a leadership development consultant, facilitator, and coach with a decade of experience in corporate learning and development. She has worked with leaders and teams across Fortune 500 companies, high-growth organizations, and nonprofits in industries including B2B technology, marketing, retail, industrial technology, and education.
Nausheen's international work experience and dual cultural identity shape her approach. She has facilitated both virtually and in-person for nearly 30 audiences across the U.S., APAC, and EMEA, helping leaders and teams strengthen communication, collaboration, and understanding across different ways of thinking and working.
