Jen Pasquale brings more than two decades of experience designing and facilitating learning, engagement, and leadership development initiatives across public-sector, nonprofit, and private organizations. As an external consultant for much of her career, she spent 14 years partnering full-time with Quintiles and GlaxoSmithKline, supporting large-scale learning and organizational development initiatives that strengthened leadership, collaboration, and performance across complex, matrixed environments. Drawing on a background in corporate training, change management, and organizational psychology, she partners with leaders and teams to surface what is really getting in the way and build environments where people can do their best work.
Jen is known for creating structured, neutral spaces where diverse stakeholders can engage in honest dialogue, clarify priorities, and move toward action. She brings an evidence-based, strengths-informed approach to every engagement, translating complex conversations into clear insights and practical next steps.
Beyond facilitation, Jen is an Associate Certified Coach (ICF), a Certified Strengths Coach (Gallup), and a Global Listening Intelligence Certified Coach (LQ). She works with individual contributors, emerging leaders, and leadership teams, helping them leverage their natural talents, strengthen working relationships, and lead with greater intention and curiosity.
After more than 20 years as a military spouse, living and working around the globe, Jen brings a deep appreciation for service, adaptability, and showing up for others. When slowing down, she's often providing her ginger cats a lap to lounge in, listening to her teenagers' stories, updating a spreadsheet, planning the next trip, or scouting a great coffee shop.
