Eileen brings a rare combination of executive coaching expertise, leadership development insight, and real-world operational leadership. After 27 years leading teams and navigating complex organizational challenges herself, she partners with leaders across government, nonprofit, and private-sector organizations to expand their leadership capacity, strengthen their influence, and lead with greater clarity and impact.
Known for a direct yet deeply supportive approach, Eileen challenges clients to move past surface-level fixes and examine the beliefs, assumptions, and habits shaping their leadership. She creates the honest conversations that push people toward their growth edge — helping them see themselves clearly, navigate complexity, and lead with intention and courage.
She has worked with hundreds of frontline supervisors, emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior executives, helping them sharpen strategic thinking, communicate with confidence, and grow their organizational impact. Her facilitation is engaging, practical, and grounded in adult development theory. Clients have included Lyft, UPS, JPMorgan Chase, the Department of Defense, the IRS, and the FDIC, and she is especially effective with leaders stepping into broader roles or navigating change.
Eileen holds a Doctorate in Management and Organizational Leadership, a Master's in Adult Education, a postgraduate certificate in Organizational Development from Georgetown University, and an ICF coaching certification, with assessment certifications including EQ-i 2.0 & 360, the Leadership Circle Profile, Hogan, and Myers-Briggs.
Outside work, Eileen has run 27 marathons, biked across Florida, skydived, and hiked internationally. Having lived in nine states and in Germany with her husband, Ad, she brings curiosity, resilience, and a global perspective.
